I love accomplishing difficult tasks, discovering new trails, exploring a city on foot, running with friends, being healthy, and being outside on a perfect day.

Any new city. Fond memories of runs in Hawaii, Boston, Chicago, Telluride.

Go slow, use a heart rate monitor. Buy nice clothes so you are always comfortable.
