Use Video Egg to share your video on YourRunning.com

To post a running related video to YourRunning.com using Video Egg, follow these simple instructions:

  1. (Skip this step if you already have a Video Egg account.) Sign up for a free account with Video Egg.

  2. Click on the "Upload" graphic and select "Upload a new video to My Library."



  3. Follow Video Egg's instructions for labeling and uploading your video. (NOTE: Video Egg may take a while to verify and post your video.)



  4. When Video Egg has finished uploading, you'll see your video. Click on the link to view your video's page.

  5. On your video's page, look in the right column and click on the "Share This Video" graphic, and select the "HTML" icon.



  6. You will see an area with two boxes of Javascript and HTML code; copy either code, as they should both work.



  7. With the code copied, go to the YourRunning.com video upload page, where you'll paste in the code.
