Take me home, Country Roads...

My position from behind the runner I am pacing (Sean McCormack in the green) during the Mohican 100 trail race yesterday. I had a long and joyous experience at the race as a course marker, aid station volunteer, and pacer for three different runners. The running total for me was in the neighborhood of 47 miles over three days, with 32 of it serving as a pacer. I have a detailed blog about it at www.fitfromfat.blogspot.com, with a link to many other photos.
