Surf City Half Marathon 2.3.08

Hi all, Race number 4 was the Surf City Half Marathon.  It was an out-and-back course along the Pacific Coast Highway with a 3-mile loop back into the hills. Goals:  I’d just run the Manhattan Half Marathon the weekend before, so I wasn’t sure how my legs would feel, not to mention jet-l
