Not fast enough?

These comments from Kyle, one of my fellow Sub-5 Milers, cracked me up. Bobby McGee's training is working a treat on Kyle. I don't want to embarrass him, but I believe it's true to say he's never run so fast in his life...and bear in mind our goal races start in August and it's only April...so I got an email report of his road`race in Greeley on Sunday, in which he's disappointed to come in second overall (he's over 50, remember) averaging near enough 5:30 pace for the two miles.
