Never been in Colorado before - I am going to be one hurtin' pup when this is done. I won't be able to get there until Thursday and the race starts at 4 a.m. on Saturday. I will be sucking wind the whole time. It's living though!
http://www.YourRunning.com/blog-leadville_100_pacer_and_crew#comments 100 miler Leadville mountains Racing trails 39.639537 -105.644531 39.639537 -105.644531 39.639537 -105.644531 39.639537 -105.644531 Wed, 01 Aug 2007 13:34:43 -0600 redifrogger 3235 at http://www.YourRunning.com Roch Week in Review http://www.YourRunning.com/blog-roch_week_in_review
Week 10 - counting down to Denver Marathon. I've run this double crossing several times in test, but yesterday my HR was 15 pts higher than normal and I could not get air in to power my legs.

http://www.YourRunning.com/blog-my_leadville_story#comments Leadville RUNNING TALES Ultramarathon Mon, 27 Nov 2006 22:01:00 -0700 Chris L 145 at http://www.YourRunning.com
