While I've thought of a few "off the wall" things to keep me busy while up at the Pole, this guy really deserves a prize (or a tattoo of the word "INSANE" across his forehead) for creativity...

He claims to have the ability to control his skin temperature from within and resist frostbite.

Any doctors in the house? Cold-running advice

So as many of you know, Bobby Bostic is heading to the arctic to run in the North Pole Marathon on April 7. Are there any doctors, medical experts, experienced polar runners, etc. out there who can offer him some advice on running an endurance race in sub-zero conditions? What are the medical dangers and things to watch out for during the race?

How to stay warm running in arctic conditions

You may not get to run at the North Pole, but you can still benefit from the advice of those who are hoping to run there. As a spin-off to YourRunning.com's contest to find someone to run in Brad Feld's place at April's North Pole Marathon, sponsor Pixie Mate has asked the contest entrants to answer this question:
