Boulder Trail Runners

Going long...

Posted by simon on 11/28/2007 on simon's blog

20 years ago (when I was 14, hahahahahahahaha), my regular long run was 18 miles. The distance wasn't scientifically selected, it just happened to be the most traffic-free route between my house and the place where I used to work. It only involved one hairy crossing of a huge field that seemed to be permanently ploughed and/or a sea of mud or ice, and one dangerous crossing of a major motorway :)

It's Sunday... I am NOT running Eagle trail again

With temperatures reaching 89 today, a late-bordering-on-night-time run is looking attractive.

But, I can't, I just can't, give way to my obsession and repeat the SAME evening trail run I've done for the last four weeks !!!!
