Why should we pick you to go to the North Pole?:
Because completing this will help me to feel great about myself and I am one person who will TRULY enjoy the region. I am a strong communicator and good looking enough that I won't crack the video screen! I won't give up!

Offer some evidence that you can complete a marathon in harsh, sub-zero conditions at the North Pole:
I live in Canada and don't have a car - I am frequently in a rush!

Oh yeah, and I have run charity marathons in the past.

Tell us about your cold-weather race experience:
Um....see above? I live in Canada! I used to chase my friends around in Kirkland Lake and Moosenee. That's COLD!

Sorry. I don't have that data. Perhaps after I run the North Pole I'll let you know.

What do you expect your North Pole Marathon time to be?:
20 hours

Can you write well? Explain:
I would use my blog as an opportunity to share my hopes and doubts and ultimately, my success. I know that it would act as an inspiration for other people who doubt their capabilities.

Tell us about your media experience:
I am very familiar with modern technology and would have no difficulty creating the required reports. I have been using digicams etc. since I was a kid!
