That is an awesome photo! Of course you had location and timing going for you there! I am very envious...

And a ladder... and someone with the patience to take pictures for everyone... And nowhere else to go.. : )

Bobby,
I am a bit slower than you yet, but I do hope we may run together some day! With my flying, I do get to SFO fairly often (and OAK, and SJC, etc....) When I am there next, I would like to ask you to go running with me somewhere! I did the Marin Headlands thing in February, and I am in love with that little chunk of earth!

Sounds like a plan! My flight school operates out of Kaiser Air at OAK. When you come to town next, we can swing over to the Oakland Hills for some "fun".

We use Kaiser Air....I fly a Citation X for Flight Options....when you say your flight school...are you working on a certificate? Do you own the school? What's the deal? Also, can I modify (crop) one of your NP photos and send it to you, or submit it with credit to you for a banner shot? I would rather just send it to you, so it didn't look like I was taking any credit.

I'm going for my private.. I'm close, but these trips (and local weather) seem to delay everything...

I am a CFII as well, but just fly the jet now....I do miss teaching...and small, slow planes. I know it seems counterintuitive, but once you finally get up to the fast planes, you just wish you could afford to fly the slow ones again. In a few years, I am thinking of getting an ultralight...
What do you train in? Have you done your solo cross country?
