Yes.. The outside air temperature got up to 128 during the day with 20-28% humidity (pushing the heat index up to 135-140). What gets you though, is the radiant heat coming off the blacktop (which is where you're running because the shoulder is too soft). They've measured temperatures over 200 coming up at you from the ground.
