While cleaning out my basement the other day, I came across my old Sony Walkman. It was the 6 x 4 inch (1 1/2 pound) brick version with the weatherproof case (yellow), tape deck, and both AM and FM .. a real beauty!

I brought it in the house and carefully replaced the batteries (the battery cover was held on with a piece of 8 year old electrical tape). Surprisingly, after the quickie repair, it still worked. After a fruitless search around the house for a cassette tape, I returned it to the box I found it in and ended that little trip down memory lane. At least now I know the little ache I get in my left knee from time to time is from wearing that lead weight on my left side all those years.

Since we're all such high-tech GURUs now, I thought I'd pose this question to the group. What is the one song on your iPOD (or equivalent) that you're embarrassed as all else to tell your friends you listen to, but that you can't go out on any run without?

I'll start with a few doozies:

Black Eyed Peas - My Humps
Crash Test Dummies - Mmmm Mmmm Mmmm Mmmmm
Christina Aguilera - Fighter
Mr. Big - To be with you...
