Hi, I guess I am the newest and slowest runner on the site. I am from middle Ga. and I am 38 years old just getting started into running.

You know, the good thing about this game is that there is ALWAYS someone slower and/or older than you... somewhere.

Not quite such a good thing, but in any group of runners, there is also ALWAYS someone injured :)
