After looking at some other posts in this particular form I realized that most people actually introduced themselves more than I did so anyways.... I'm a highschool student, I run XC, Indoor and Outdoor Track... 18:37 5k PR, 10:58 3200m, 4:51 1600m, 2:04.95 800m, 54.01 400m... I love running and I'm tryin to get up to 50 mile per week this summer hopefully. I'm on a pretty deep XC team with quite a lot of talented guys so I'm hoping that my training this summer will also get me a top 7 spot on my team so I can go to states and (assuming we make it which we probably will) New Englands for XC... as for track I haven't laid down any specific goals yet because it's so far away but we'll see once XC gets goin in Sept.

Welcome to YourRunning and thanks for the kudos on the Glastonbury Running blog. It's exciting to live, work and train in a very running-oriented town like G'Bury. And I want you to know that the GHS XC and track teams make us local runners very proud!

Yeah welcome... It's nice having someone else on this site that isn't ... Well How do I put this gingerly... OLD. I'm just kidding, because most of these "old" people are faster than me so I can't really say anything to them.

Yeah, you be careful there, kiddo :)
