I've been running for about 5 years and love to run to music, but I got frustrated with the lack of choice of music that worked well with running. After making my own songs for my wife and I to run to for years, this past July I turned that into a business called Hella Sound (www.HellaSound.com).

http://www.YourRunning.com/forum-runner_musician_tech_guy_says_hello_san_francisco#comments Introduce Yourself! I've been into running on and off for a while but I want to take it more seriously and train for some events. I'm going to attempt my fastest time for a mile on the weekend (barring injury). I'm doing mixed training at the moment, I have days when i go for long runs and others where i try to get the best shorter distance times possible. I am saving up for a forerunner 405....see if i can keep better track of my progress then...anyone else got one?

Cheers

http://www.YourRunning.com/forum-hello_wales#comments Introduce Yourself! garmin mile wales Tue, 18 Mar 2008 12:54:06 -0600 RunAndyRun 5874 at http://www.YourRunning.com Hello from Edmond, Oklahoma http://www.YourRunning.com/forum-hello_edmond_oklahoma
Hello,

Just joined this website today. Looks like a great place to meet other runners.

My wife and I are both runners. We're currently training for a half marathon. For me, running isn't about speed, it's about relaxing. Sounds weird, huh? Running really clears my head and I always feel better after doing it.

http://www.YourRunning.com/forum-hello_edmond_oklahoma#comments Introduce Yourself!
