No man is an island. But can he be a country?

We're not sure about that, but we are sure that he can be treated like one. When the U.S. went through tough times, Franklin Roosevelt instituted The New Deal to lift the country out of the Great Depression. When YourRunner weltal327 felt himself in need of a lift, he instituted his own New Deal.
