Pace 5K - Minneapolis: Post pics, video, and blog to win prizes

Anderson Races, Marathon Sports and YourRunning.com are teaming up to host a Grassroots Channel for this year's Pace 5K at Lake Nokomis, Minneapolis, July 28.

Competitors and spectators can use the channel to share their photos, stories and videos from their training and race day. ... And win gift certificates from Marathon Sports for posting the best stuff! ...

BEST PHOTO: Post your best pictures -- the start, the middle, the finish, the outfits, the kids, the sweat, the joy of running. ... ANYTHING goes! A couple weeks after the event, the best pic of the bunch will be chosen. Best photo winner shall receive a $50 gift certificate from Marathon Sports in Minneapolis.

BEST STORY OR BLOG ENTRY: Word of mouth no longer cuts it. It's time to spread the word, the 21st century way (technology rocks!). Post your stories, memories and tall tales from race. ... Just post it. And out of those tales, we'll give the best author a $50 gift certificate from Marathon Sports.

BEST VIDEO: You've put together an epic montage of your training and race day fun, and you want more than your friends and family to see it. Post ANY video from the race. The producer of the best video will be the recipient of a $50 gift certificate from Marathon Sports.
