These parts are hills, tempo runs, and medium to high cruising runs. I started out by running down the hill from our driveway, right into a medium cruising run. Then on the next street, I did a short tempo run. After crossing the next street after that I did another tempo run but at full power followed by a short walk and then another tempo up a hill but not at full power. Then I crossed the bridge and ran down and did some cruising. Then at the turn around (1 1/2 miles) I cruised a bit and then did the hill that I just came down from in a normal slow run up all the way. Then I ran down the hill that I ran up to begin with. Then I took it easy the rest of the way home. Great workout, my legs are tired, but it was good. Time wasn't the goal, but time spent: 39:13
