YourRunning.com enthusiast-in-chief Simon Martin has rebooted. He pressed the restart button, hit ctrl-alt-del, took a mulligan, wiped the board clean and has re-took his mark on the starting blocks. Watch what happened when the gun went off this week in his blog, Run Time.
The week started off with great news: his serum ferritin problem came to an end. The eternal optimist, of course Simon's very next thought was, "oh, no...I've got no more excuses!"
Berating himself for not knocking on wood, Simon experienced a moment of frustration (or was it really relief?) in the form of another obstacle: a mysterious tight end, that eventually vanished just as mysteriously.
This he took as a sign to take the afore mentioned re-do, which continued throughout the week with a breakout and a power rain run. And then a humbling visit with the running Bravehearts.

It's the YourRunning user blog action - good to the last blog!
YourRunning.com's North Pole Marathoner Bobby Bostic headlines this week's blogs by tying together Disneyland, body jiggles, Newton running shoes and a bunch more polar pictures. Somehow, he pulls it off. littlemamlopez is dealing with one of the most frustrating ordeals a regular runner can encounter: the dreaded injury-induced DNF. Brad hit both ends of the running enjoyment spectrum this week, but enduring a wet and muddy Boston, and then finding the Perfect Run in New York City. Marathon training agoyette bravely entered a new realm of running: the world of morning workouts (dun dun duuuuuun!), while Runner NYC entered the strange world of better results on sore muscles.
