Posted by littlemamalopez on 6/15/2007 on littlemamalopez's blog Since I've been feeling tired and lethargic I really appreciated Dave Albo's 10x200 blog from yesterday (or the day before - it's all running together now). So at 5:30 this morning I dragged my lazy self away from my pillow and took it down to "The Strand." I ran a mile then started with the 200's. I did 8x200. I am most certainly not anywhere near as fast as Dave, but I had some respectable times :51, :51, :50, :49, :50, :57 (had to turn around), :48, :49. I didn't do the 10 repeats that Dave did because I was really feeling the lack of training from the past 2 weeks. But I am thrilled to tell you all that a lot of stress has melted away and I'm feeling like I'm turning the corner into my serious training again. Thanks Dave! Your blog gave me the motivation I desparately needed! Run on :) littlemama | |

Wow! This inspires me to post to my "blog" some more. The idea that a description of action in Boulder Colorado can directly influence someone near Redondo Beach California is pretty cool! I'm really glad I helped you little mama lopez.
Run Strong!
Dave
