Rocking with AC/DC on My Treadmill at Home

Saturday – 2/10/07 Eldorado Springs.  Treadmill.  3.86.  45 minutes.  Nothing like a little home treadmill action with AC/DC - Family Jewels playing on the TV (way better than all the Anna Nicole Smith news.)  Even though the weather was nice it was a mud pit outside so I decided to just crank out a straightforward run inside.  I definitely felt the altitude – even at the very slow 11:30 pace I got my heart rate up to 167.  41 situps / 41 pushups and a whole lotta rosie.
