Preparing for the Hardrock

This week is going to be crazy. On friday at 6am, I will start the Hardrock Hundred ultra-marathon consisting in 100.5 miles and over 33,000 feet of elevation gain. The run starts in the beautiful San Juan mountains in Silverton, goes by Lake City, through Ouray, Telluride and back to Silverton. For this, 48 hours are permitted and I expect that I will need most of them!
