Posted by Michael J. Keenan on 4/7/2008 on Michael J. Keenan's blog The quads are a little sore and stiff from the race yesterday, so it was a straighforward recovery run this morning. I did the 3.5-mile trek to the GHS track, then 2 miles on the track with a few windsprints...
