Awesome Central Park Run

Manhattan: Central Park: 4.95.  48:11.  I cruised today.  It was a magnificent day out.  I had Coverville on the iPod.  I was well rested. I even started thinking about doing a 24 hour run somewhere.

Come run the Burning River 100 with me! If you haven't finished by 24 hours you can quit and call it a 24 hour run, or decide to push for the 100! It is a very beautiful course in my opinion. Plus you know I will get a good photo of you!
