Posted by brad on 5/6/2007 on brad's blog Manhattan – Central Park – 6.75: 1:03. I covered a 10k in 58:30. It was a perfect day for a run – sunny and 50 degrees. I figured I’d just go out slow but I felt great so kicked it into a higher gear. The Red Hot Chili Peppers were once again on the iPod. I did the big Central Park loop – just felt great all the way and had a few sub-8 stretches on the downhills. | |

I've only had a chance to run there once and it was great. Looking forward to my next opportunity.
